We understand that sometimes, life happens & you need to reschedule or make a cancellation.

In order to respect our practitioners & clients, we kindly ask that you ensure at least 24 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel an appointment.

Failure to comply as well as missed appointments will incur a $40 fee. We thank you for understanding.

If you are running late, we ask that you preferably give us a call or text on 021988833. Otherwise an email to hello@thehomebody.co.nz. In the case that you show up late, your appointment may be cut short of the full time where another client is booked directly after your session. Please note that the standard consultation fee still applies to late appointments & missed appointments will incur a $40 fee.
